How are Rewards Store prices determined?
The prices of Rewards Store items are based on several indicators, including availability; cost of reward acquisition; shipping fees; and the dollar value of Rewards Points. Rewards Points do not have a preset value, but like other commodities will fluctuate according to the number in circulation, relative demand, and other external factors.

Can I transfer Rewards Points from one Search + Win site to another?
Rewards Points earned on one site cannot be used or transferred to another site. To ensure you are maximizing your Rewards Points earnings, be sure to use the Search + Win site that has the reward you want.

My friend signed up under me, but I am not receiving matching Rewards Points. Why not?
When you refer a friend and they sign up with the link you send them, you are awarded matching Rewards Points (within 48 hours) only for the Rewards Points they win while searching (up to a total of 1,000). You are not, however, awarded matching Rewards Points for those earned as a sign up bonus, from friends of friends, or from any other method.

How does Search + Win work?
Search + Win works just like any other search engine, but with Search + Win you are rewarded for searching the web. Every search is a chance to win Rewards Points. Rewards Points can be used to redeem hundreds of rewards from the Rewards Store. There are many other ways to win Rewards Points. Visit the

Who is eligible to use Search + Win?
Any resident of the US (excluding Maine), the UK, or Canada (excluding Quebec) 13 years of age and above are eligible to redeem rewards from Search + Win.

Why don't you offer your service to my country/province? When will you?
Different countries and territories around the globe have different contesting regulations. At the moment, we are only able to serve the US, the UK, and Canada. We hope to expand our service to other areas of the globe in the future.
My Account

How do I change personal information associated with my account?
To change any personal information related to your Search + Win account, you will need to go to the My Account page. Once there, you can change your email address, password, and physical address.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you forget your password, simply enter your registered email address in the log in box and click "Forgot My Password." You will then receive an email with instructions and a link that will get you securely reconnected. Please check your bulk folder for this email, as your email server may mistake it as spam.

How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, simply
contact us and enter the word "Cancel" in the subject line. Your account will be cancelled within 48 hours.

Why is the total of Rewards Points on the homepage lower than the total of Rewards Points on the My Rewards page?
The homepage occasionally lags behind the My Rewards page. Don't worry; it generally catches up within 24 hours. Until it does, just know that the total on the My Rewards page is the accurate total.

I'm having trouble signing up due to problems with the captcha (security code). What's up?
This feature is case sensitive, so please make sure you are entering the captcha (security code) in the same case that it is displayed. If you are having a hard time making out the 3 letters displayed, feel free to hit refresh and you will be provided with a different configuration.

Why do I have to verify my account?
We need to make sure that you are a real person with a real email address. We do this by sending you a verification link. Before you can redeem any rewards or enter any sweepstakes, you will need to verify your account. To do this, please check the email address you signed up with for a message from us. Within this message will be a verification link that you will need to click to verify your account.

I never received my verification email. Why not?
If you do not see the verification email in your inbox, first make sure you have spelled your email address correctly, then check your spam filter. Additionally, you should add info@searchpluswin.com to your trusted/safe sender's list to prevent any future Search + Win emails from getting caught up in your spam filter. If the verification email is not in your inbox or your spam filter within 20 minutes, please contact us.

I received my verification email, but the link is not working. What's going on?
If clicking the verification link does not work or produces an error message, please try copying and pasting the URL into a new browser window. If it still doesn't work, please contact us.

Do I have to sign up separately for all Search + Win sites?
No, you do not. Once you sign up with Search + Win, you are automatically entered to win on all Search + Win sites.
Invite a Friend

My friend signed up and I don't see his/her name on my friends list. What's up?
Your friends list may take up to 48 hours to list a recent referral. If your friend is still not listed after this time has elapsed, it is likely your friend navigated away from the site during sign up or misused the referral link in some other fashion. We cannot manually add friends to your account if this occurs.

My friend is already a member of Search + Win. Is there any way to add him/her to my friends list?
Once a user signs up for any Search + Win site, that person cannot be added as a referred friend of any existing or future member.

Why haven't I received my 1,000 Rewards Points for my friend signing up?
This is a common misunderstanding concerning the referral program. You are not awarded 1,000 Rewards Points any time a person joins using your referral link. Rather, you can earn up to 1,000 matching Rewards Points for the Rewards Points your friend earns while searching.

Can I invite a family member/friend that lives in my household?
We do not allow more than one Search + Win account per household. However, you and your family members/friends are welcome to share one account.
Rewards

I don't see a reward in the Rewards Store that was there in the past. What's going on?
Many of the rewards are limited, so if we run out, we take the reward down from the site to avoid confusion. Just because a reward runs out doesn't mean we won't be getting it again in the future, so make sure to keep checking the Rewards Store for current available rewards.

Why do I have to verify my reward order? What does the reward status "Verified" mean?
After you order a reward, we will send you an email with a verification link contained in it. Until you click this link, your reward order will be listed as "Not Verified." After you click on the link, your reward order is considered "Verified" and shipping begins (within the quoted ship time).

How are gift cards from the Rewards Store delivered to me?
Most gift cards from the Rewards Store are e-gift cards. These rewards are delivered to the My Gift Cards page within 7-10 business days of reward verification.

Where is the e-gift card I ordered? When will it show up in my account?
E-gift cards take from 7 to 10 business days from the date of verification to be delivered to the My Gift Cards page of your account.

How do I use the e-gift cards on the My Gift Cards page of my account?
E-gift cards can be used by visiting the website that the e-gift card is for and entering the gift codes when prompted to do so (usually during the checkout process). The value of the gift codes will be applied to your order.

Where is the reward I ordered? How long will it take to get to me?
Physical rewards take approximately 2 business days from the date of verification to ship out. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays. After your reward is shipped, it can still be as long as 2 weeks before you receive your reward.

There is a problem with the reward I ordered. What do I do?
Search + Win is not responsible for any damage caused during reward delivery. In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact your local post office.

My reward was not the same as it was in the picture on the Rewards Store. Why?
Not all of our rewards are exactly as they appear in the corresponding reward photo. Please read the reward description carefully to find out exactly what you are ordering.

Do the video games, consoles, and video games accessories work in the US and Canada only?
All of the video games and accessories are formatted for North American use unless otherwise specified. One exception is the PS3. This system and most of its accessories and games are universal.

How are iTunes songs and videos delivered to me?
Whenever you order an iTunes song or video, you are sent a link directly from iTunes via email within 7-10 business days from reward verification.

Is it true that only US residents can redeem iTunes rewards in the Rewards Store?
Yes. At this time, only US citizens can order iTunes rewards.
Terms of Use and Deactivation

I tried to access my account and I received a message that it has been deactivated. Why?
There are a number of actions that Search + Win considers cause for deactivation. These reasons include, but are not limited to, operating more than one Search + Win account; operating a Search + Win account in the same residence as another person operating a different account; searching or clicking unnaturally in accordance with our terms of use; using bots or other software designed to defraud Search + Win in any way; and posting verbiage, photos, or videos that encourage or teach other users to commit any action that violates our terms of use.

I heard that you can be deactivated for having more than one account. Is that true?
Yes, that is true. Please do not create more than one account. Doing so will result in deactivation.

There are multiple people in our home. Can we each have our own account?
We are very firm on our one account per household policy. You are more than welcome to share what we call a "family" account, but please do not create more than one account within the same household as this will result in deactivation.

How do I successfully complete an offer?
To ensure that an offer has been completed, please follow the instructions provided for each individual offer. The offer needs be completed in the same session and all information required to complete the offer MUST be accurate. Rewards Points will not be awarded if you submit incorrect information or do not meet the advertiser's full requirements.

If an error occurs during the completion process, do I still get my Rewards Points?
Unfortunately, points will NOT be awarded if an error occurs during the completion process. If this happens, please report the problem to RadiumOne's Customer Support so they can work with the advertiser to solve the error.

Can I apply for the same offer twice? What if I complete through a different service or in another application?
No. Once you have completed the offer, you will not be able to complete the offer again. Even if you fill out the offer through another vendor or within a different game, Rewards Points will not be awarded. However, a few offers, such as video, do allow you to complete them more than once. Please read each offers description for full details.

Do I have to watch the entire video to get Rewards Points?
Yes, in order to get credit for watching a video or movie trailer you must watch the entire video.

How do I cancel or unsubscribe from an offer I completed?
Products and services subscribed or purchased through here are all from third-party advertisers. To cancel or unsubscribe from these offers, you will need to contact the advertisers directly. The contact information is in the advertiser's terms of services or the receipt they provide you upon offer completion.

How long will it take for my Search + Win account to be credited with Rewards Points?
The majority of offers will credit your Search + Win account within 20 minutes. However, the estimated wait time varies from offer to offer. Some may take a few hours or a couple of days before final confirmation is received. For your convenience, every offer contains information on the expected time it takes to credit your account. If the time exceeds more than stated, please reach out to RadiumOne's Customer Support with your inquiry.

How do I contact customer support?
To contact RadiumOne's Customer Support, please click on the "Missing Rewards Points?" link located at the top right of the offer wall. From there, you can report a problem for the specific offer you are having trouble with. There is no need to contact Search + Win, RadiumOne will work with you to credit approved Rewards Points.

I received confirmation of an offer being completed, but did not receive my Rewards Points. What do I do now?
If you encounter this problem, please send all proof of offer completion to RadiumOne's Customer Support in order to receive your Rewards Points. Proof includes verification emails, confirmation texts, screenshots showing that you completed the offer, payment receipts, and charge invoices, etc... RadiumOne's Customer Support will need verification from you to help increase the speed in which you will receive your Rewards Points.

I completed an offer but did not receive confirmation. What happened?
You may not have fulfilled all of the offer requirements to be credited. In some cases, ad-blocking software or the browser security settings prevented the system from tracking and confirming the completion. Make sure that your browser settings accept third-party cookies. If the problem persists, please contact RadiumOne's Customer Support.
